Kathryn Weesner, M.D., Assistant Director of Mobile Anesthesia Care and Director of Pediatric Office Based AnesthesiaKathryn Weesner, M.D. serves as Chief Medical Officer of Mobile Anesthesia Care. Dr. Weesner is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of William and Mary and completed her medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. She began her anesthesiology career with the United States Air Force as Chief of Obstetric Anesthesia, 59th Medical Wing, and directed anesthesia services for the 29-bed labor and delivery unit at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

After completing her active duty service in 2004, Dr. Weesner joined Anesthesia Associates of Kansas City and was on staff as a pediatric anesthesiologist at Children’s Mercy Hospital for over 15 years.  Dr. Weesner is board certified in both Anesthesiology and the sub-specialty of Pediatric Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Weesner serves as a physician in the Missouri Air National Guard and enjoys hiking, skiing, and water sports with her family and friends.
